I built the same backend in Rust, Go, Node and Python, then let each language pick its best event.
- Python lost one event by 203× and won another by 3.3×.
- Rust blurred an image 203× faster than Python, then lost to Python at maths by 3.3×.
- Go came within 1 microsecond of Rust on API requests, and was the slowest of all four at hashing passwords.
- Node won the most events and beat Rust at JSON, then lost matrix multiplication to Python by 59×.

omg, i've been using opus 5.5 on low effort nonstop for like 15–20 minutes and it's only used 2% of my limit.
now i can finally use opus on low mode as my daily driver without worrying about hitting the limits.
just hoping it's as unlimited as gpt luna on low mode.

so here are some of my observations about the recently launched grok 4.7.
first, the grok cli worked for more than an hour on a single one-shot prompt.
second, i thought it was token-efficient, but within that hour it burned through almost 60% of my weekly limit.
third, the kind of code it generated, i don't know what the fuck it did, it mixed javascript, typescript, everything into a single folder.
so the experience hasn't been great so far.
I have been trying Grok 4.7, and here are some interesting observation.
The Grok CLI has been running for continuous 30+ minutes and still it has consumed only 6% of my limit, so it's token efficient for sure.
Also, I'm cooking something, we'll share the results soon.
