In a Danish newspaper there was an article analyzing trump’s speeches and interviews. The level was graded as similar to a 3th grader.

By Flesch-Kincaid Trump's rhetoric is early elementary level, but a *lot* of this is because most of his sentences are extremely short. His word choices aren't that much simpler than, say, Obama's (who also scores low compared to previous presidents, despite his reputation for being such a great professor). It's just that Trump's rhetorical style is really weird.
