He'd rather you pay 25% on JPM credit card debt.

While Dimon is correct about leverage he is basically a clown. We who are in the industry do exactly the opposite of whatever he recommends. If you pay attention he is always an alarmist.

Saw this coming......
Keep a sharp eye on the balance sheets & income statements of the Hyperscalers (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta, Oracle etc). This is where massive private credit and debt has flooded into the AI data center boom. If they stumble on returns, the ripple effects could be huge.

Like Cramer said today, this opinion would have been more useful last week.

"The market remains irrational till the time you remain solvent." Dimon is right. But right now when the party is loud, DJ is on and everybody dancing, who care about healthy liver, clean protein diet, etc...🤣🤣

Jamie Dimon's warning is a reminder that elevated leverage can magnify market volatility, making risk management especially important if conditions suddenly change.

Hidden borrowing always freaks me out more than the obvious stuff. Feels like the real risk is what we don’t see coming.

Kings may not survive ladies. Marriages may not survive liquor. Economies do not survive leverage. #leverage

Elevated leverage can amplify both gains and losses. Risk management becomes increasingly important when borrowing reaches historically high levels across financial markets.
