States routinely manage parliamentary processes. It does not make sense to think that they suddenly are incapable of managing and Article V convention. Common sense!

Wrong. Lobbying your state legislature to call for an article V convention is 100 times as effective as voting. An article V convention would propose a balanced budget amendment and a term limits amendment. Those amendments would be submitted to the states for ratification. Check with @COSProject to verify the status of your state and to move the process along if it hasn’t passed yet in your state. Just getting close will scare the pants off of ever member of congress and they will make some progress to counter the convention prospects.
