🛡️ निवारक सतर्कता अभियान–2026 सीएसआईआर-एचआरडीजी में निवारक सतर्कता अभियान–2026 के अंतर्गत सतर्कता, सत्यनिष्ठा एवं नैतिक आचरण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया गया। अभियान के दौरान सतर्कता शपथ एवं जागरूकता क्विज़ का आयोजन किया गया तथा निबंध लेखन प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को पुरस्कार प्रदान किए गए। अभियान के क्रम में “आचरण नियम एवं हितों का टकराव (Conduct Rules and Conflict of Interest)” विषय पर एक सम्मेलन भी आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें कार्यस्थल पर नैतिक आचरण, जवाबदेही एवं हितों के टकराव से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर चर्चा की गई। 🛡️ Preventive Vigilance Campaign–2026 CSIR-HRDG organised various activities under the Preventive Vigilance Campaign–2026 to promote awareness of vigilance, integrity and ethical conduct. The campaign included a Vigilance Pledge and Awareness Quiz, along with the felicitation of winners of the Essay Writing Competition. Strengthening Budget Utilisation through timely expenditure. Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (#DSIR) & Ministry of Earth Sciences (#MoES) achieved around 50% budgetary expenditure as of September 30, in line with the prescribed target. The review focused on timely expenditure and effective implementation, furthering PM Shri @narendramodi Ji’s commitment to optimum utilisation of Government resources and efficient governance.

As part of the 85th CSIR Foundation Day celebrations, Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala delivered the Foundation Day Lecture on “Making India a Product Nation.” Through a detailed presentation, Prof. Jhunjhunwala discussed several key aspects related to strengthening India’s capabilities in science, technology, innovation and indigenous product development. He highlighted the importance of translating research and technological expertise into scalable, industry-oriented solutions and fostering stronger linkages between R&D institutions and industry. The lecture was followed by the CSIR–Industry Leadership Dialogue, providing a platform for scientific and industry leaders to exchange perspectives on technology development, research–industry collaboration and the role of innovation in addressing national priorities. 85th Foundation Day Celebrations of #CSIR: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is celebrating over eight decades of scientific excellence and innovation. Established in 1942, CSIR today operates through a network of 37 national laboratories and has contributed significantly to the growth of various industrial sectors. The notable innovations include the National Aroma Mission, Swaraj Tractor, indelible election ink, Saheli contraceptive pill, and indigenous Paracetamol technology, among others. It has also pioneered sustainable solutions such as bio-jet fuel and steel slag roads. In recent times, some of the notable achievements include the HANSA-NG aircraft, sickle cell anaemia test kit, hydrogen fuel-cell catamaran, and RO Bus. To mark its remarkable journey and this special milestone, launched the Special CSIR@85 Postal Stamp, the Tech Connect Special Issue, CSIR Technology Compendium, Industry Connect Special Short Film, and the special mascot named CIRA.
