Lizzie was last seen on Friday, September 18, 2026, around 4:00pm in the 1600 block of E. Pikes Peak Ave. Lizzie is around 5’ 5”, 170Ibs, dirty blonde hair, blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink and orange shirt, and blue denim shorts. Lizzie also had her pet corgi dog with her that is not friendly. Community Notification: Missing At-Risk Adult CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 79-year-old Stanley Estredge. Stanley was last seen at about 11:50 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, leaving Penrose Main Hospital at 2222 North Nevada Avenue. He was last seen walking northbound toward Jackson Street. Stanley is approximately 5’-5’’ tall with a medium build, gray hair, and a gray mustache. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve dark blue fleece button-down and jeans. Stanley is considered at risk due to memory issues and may become disoriented. He may also become agitated or aggressive if approached. If you see Stanley, please do not approach him. Instead, call CSPD at 719-444-7000 and provide his location and any other relevant information.

Community Notification: Missing At-Risk Adult CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 74-year-old Dianna Paytas. Dianna was last seen at approximately 11:10 am on Thursday, September 10, 2026. She was last seen around the 600 Block of Yuma Street. Dianna is a White female, approximately 5’-5’’, 110 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black tank top with white sunflowers on it, black pants with zip-up side pockets, and purplish transition-lens glasses with rhinestones. She may appear confused if approached. He was last seen wearing a “Back to the Future” t-shirt, dark blue jeans, and black slip-on vans. Badley also has scars on his left arm/wrist area. Sylvie was last seen at approximately 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2026, leaving the Balloon Glow at Memorial Park in the area of Pikes Peak Avenue and Union Boulevard. Sylvie is a White female, approximately 5’-6’’ tall with a medium build and white hair. She uses a walker. Sylvie is considered at risk and has a history of becoming lost or confused. Sylvie may be in the area of her residence in the 900 block of Yuma Street. If you see Sylvie or know of her whereabouts, please call CSPD at 719-444-7000.

Community Notification: Missing At-Risk Adult CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 26-year-old Eva Kuecker. Eva was last seen leaving a medical facility in the 1700 block of Monterey Road at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Eva is a White female, approximately 4’-10’’ tall and weighing about 140 pounds. She has shoulder-length brown hair with blonde highlights, brown eyes, and wears glasses. The left side of her head is shaved, and she has a significant scar on that side of her head. Eva was last seen wearing brightly colored tie-dye shorts, a gray zip-up hoodie, and a white helmet with stickers. Eva was last seen leaving the area with an 18-year-old White male who was wearing a gray T-shirt and blue shorts. If you see Eva or know of her whereabouts, please call CSPD at 719-444-7000.
