Dear holders, collectors, dino enjo0yers
I often feel the word "community" becomes gratuitous.
Every company says they have one. But eventually every founder has to answer: What does your community actually mean to you?
Well this is what it means to me: you didn't just support Claynosaurz; you made it possible.
Everything we've built, and everything we're fortunate enough to build next, begins with this community. It's been the greatest adventure of my life.
When attention is scarce and new projects appear every day, you chose to stick around. You let us experiment. You let us learn. You let us take risks that wouldn't have been possible without your patience. You collected. You built culture. You introduced friends to Claynosaurz. You travelled to meet us around the world. You created art, memes, videos and stories of your own. You answered newcomers' questions before we ever could. You carried this brand into conversations we'd never even know happened. You celebrated the wins and challenged us when we fell short.
You gave us the space to cook and build the company we dreamed of building.
Sometimes it's invisible work, but it's arguably the biggest reason Claynosaurz has reached its current position. No company builds a brand alone. The best they can do is recognize the people who helped build it with them.
So what does real alignment actually look like?
If communities help build a brand, create real value, and give it a fighting chance⦠shouldn't they have the opportunity to participate in it?
The honest answer is that doing it responsibly is hard.
It means navigating legal, regulatory, and structural challenges that most people never see. It's much easier to say "community first" than it is to redesign your company around that belief. It means doing the hard thing.
Itβs a challenge that was worth solving to us, and today we're taking what I think is one of the most meaningful steps we've ever taken as a company. We've set aside 15% of the Claynosaurz brand as equity options for eligible members of this community.
Because ownership means something. It says that we're on the same ship.
As Claynosaurz grows, we're not asking you to simply believe in our future. We're inviting you into it. When we succeed, we succeed together. If we face challenges, we face those together too.
I've always felt that if we truly believed our community was our greatest asset, eventually our actions had to reflect it.
Values are tested when they cost something. Today, it is my absolute privilege to show you ours.

We've set aside a 15% allocation of options in the equity of the Claynosaurz brand. This will be for our eligible ecosystem holders to participate in our future growth.
