Agreements don’t usually die from a lack of talking.
They die when nobody re-ranks what the talking was for.
You can show up, look consistent, even sign something, and still treat the deal as leftover time. Same pattern in a match, a workplace, a court, and a war that produces pauses but not a treaty.
Three records are competing:
#ledger (what was done, owed, paid, proven)
#game (what can be watched and continued)
#book (what can be taught, cited, judged)
Life, liberty, and property stay earned only if those three still point at each other. When the game writes the book and the book ignores the ledger, lawful systems start to rhyme with rackets they claim to oppose.
The missing public infrastructure is a right of way for fact, work, and appeal—like roads, water, and air already have. Mark the corridor. Get obstruction out of it. Pay the people who finish files, not only the people who perform.
Speech first. Process next. Force last.
A clip is not a settlement. A summit is not a kept bargain.
Get out of the lawful lane. Defend the lane that carries the account.
