Auburn’s iconic pregame tradition will look a little different for the rest of the 2026 season. 🦅 War Eagle VIII, Aurea, is likely to be sidelined from pregame flights for the remainder of the season while recovering from an injury to the pad of her foot. Auburn says she is receiving treatment and could still make sideline appearances as her health allows. In the meantime, Independence “Indy” will handle the pregame flights at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

There’s a puppy living right next to the road. We noticed it because it ran across the street while we were driving. What are we supposed to do now? We don’t want it to get run over. Is there someone we can call?

I think if they’re going to move the Bama Georgia game, they should move it down to Hancock-Whitney in Mobile. South Alabama plays out of town Thursday, so the stadium will be vacant and the storm will be passed Mobile by then
