Slashing greenhouse gas emissions and growing the economy go hand-in-hand. CA has proved that – in one year we achieved nearly 4% economic growth while cutting close to 4% in harmful emissions. CalEPA and its partner agencies are working hard to keep this trend going.

California is PROOF that you don't have to sacrifice your economic future to transition to clean energy. We’ve seen 40% GDP growth since 2019. A reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by double digits. No jurisdiction in America has grown faster than California. Let's disabuse ourselves of the idea that innovative progress gets in the way of economic growth and prosperity.
