He's a guest worker from Iran seeking permanent residency. At his lab job, he took dozens of photographs and short videos of his female coworkers' buttocks. His excuse came down to stress, long hours, porn use, and supposedly a toxic workplace.
Instead of doing her job, the judge did what she could to keep this man in Canada. This happens way too often with foreign sex predators.
