Not a single commitment in this 10 year strategy to support and invest in the over crowded, crumbling special & AP school estate. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I’m not surprised anymore, but I wish I could move beyond the chronic disappointment this still yields

That’s really kind - it is great to have a network of colleagues that we can recommend to give sound advice from liver experiences 👇
One thing that feels really important is to elevate others and share in their joy when they do work wherever. I’m forever recommending @SwailesRuth , Sue Cowley (cant find her), @CathCathkitchen amongst others to say “actually they do better than me on this”.
