Crystal Ball continuing to be the most agile qualitative forecaster, sharply moving their ratings bluer post-Labor Day, as the blue wave gets clearer, and the GOP runs out of the benefit of the doubt.
Notably, they’re actually willing to call out when incumbents are losing.
