Has anyone tried to talk to a human being with @XfinitySupport. I’ve attempted to request phone calls about my increase in bill. They refuse to call me. When you attempt to chat with them it takes 15 minutes to respond to each message. By the time I’m “authenticated” I’ve used my

entire allotment of time I have. When you call there customer service number they send you a text message to start a chat. It’s a never ending disaster. @ChaseSupport I may need to open a dispute on my credit card in order to get them to call me. Would this be allowed?

The problem is your CHEAP foreign Customer Service in India to start with. Hang up on you, do not return calls and actually worthless to solve any card issues. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend your credit card. Wast of time and effort.

Yea you can file a dispute, but keep in mind Chase is a bunch of crooks and will find bogus reasons to deny your dispute just because it saves them money. You are just one tiny customer to them and they could care less about you or if you get any of your money back.
