@CheQ_One I am unable to make payment at Merchant shops by scanning QR code with your Rupay cards. Payment is declined after entering UPI PIN. Can you help me with this?

Good Bye, Deleted ! Lack of transparency in communication is the worst thing you can do to a customer.

Called up @CRED_club because the Deal of the Day section wasn’t showing on my app. Customer executive checked with colleagues and said nothing like that exists. I offered to explain if he had the app. His response? “I don’t have the CRED app. I don’t like credit cards.” 💀

@CheQ_One is unprofessional. I paid my ICICI CC bill 3 days before the due date, but CheQ refunded it 7 days after the due date with no prior notification. This risked my credit score and cost me ₹15,000 in bank charges. Avoid CheQ if you value your peace of mind.

Hi @CheQSupport @soniaditya1710 I took credit card payment thinking you will provide me 12% reward, But now the customer care executive is telling that I should have done transactions through cheq app I don't see anywhere written the same. This is a cheating @jagograhakjago

@RBI @CheQ_One I have done the payment of 117244 for my credit card payment thru CheQ app a Fintech company. Amount get debited my account and not credited to credit card account. As per them payment was failed at credit card level and refund is issued but no credited to my A/c.

@hdbfsl my loan account was fully repaid and closed on 3.10.2026 but still has not been reported to CIBIL as 'closed'. Why is this happening when the timeline is one week. @CheQ_One @hdbfsl

@X Never make your credit card payments through @CheQ_One . It's a request for your own good. It's a fraud company. I made my @ICICIBank credit card payment on the due date through @CheQ_One app. I usually did the same every month from @amazonpay .

If my issue remains unresolved for next 24 hours, I will approach Consumer Courts. This isn't just matter of money. It's my whole of credit life destroyed. Never ever have I missed my bill payments, emi, or any other due financials.
