The Chicago Park District and Lollapalooza announce the expansion of the Luxembourg movable chairs in 2027 as the city celebrates Buckingham Fountain’s 100th anniversary! 100 additional seats will debut at the fountain table next May, expanding the program to 200 total chairs.

✂️ Park No. 598 is officially open! This vibrant new neighborhood space features dual playgrounds for kids ages 2–12, a dedicated off-leash dog park with turf mounds, an outdoor adult fitness zone with 20+ workout stations, and shaded walking paths surrounding a central lawn.
