This why Sunday School/CCD is so important, if you don’t educate your children on the faith then they will turn to the internet and this will be the results.
So true, Dan! We must never forget the actions of Don Juan and his sailors, Pope Pius V, and the many rosaries said by Catholics all over Europe that led to the great victory over the Turks at Lepanto on this day in 1571.
I’m Gen X and I can’t get enough of my granddaughter. We watch her as much as possible and invent reasons when there aren’t any. We have two more on the way and I can’t think of anything more important than helping my kids care for their kids and raise them in the faith. Are we weird? Are we supposed to be playing pickleball or something?
“Stop whinging & plan your childcare better.”
The boomer generation ruined the family and they take no responsibility for doing so.
They want lots of grandchildren from their one or two children (because they had ‘lives to live instead of inconveniencing themselves with lots of children’), and expect to be no help.
They take as much money as they can get (especially from the government) and provide little to no monetary help to their children and grandchildren.
They blame Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z for any problems that happen in society, and scream bloody murder if we try to reduce housing costs because it impacts their total wealth.
The boomers will be the first generation with children having a worse standard of living than them, and they are fine with that.
Hollywood Catholic actor Neal McDonough will star in a new film about St. Faustina. He will portray Father Michał Sopoćko, St. Faustina Kowalska’s spiritual director, in the upcoming Polish-American film Between Silence and a Whisper.
I second this. You’d have fun @seamus_coughlin . I’ve been on @CrashCanon and it was only slightly awkward, which was completely my fault for opening with quote from The Jerk.
“Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest”-Canada
Physiognomy is real. Just say it with your cheat: You want to kill people without anyone saying “No.”
The moment autumn air hits, us white boys start moving a little different.
A little pep in the step.
A little yin to the yang.
A little bounce to the house.
A little Pumpkin to the spice.
A little Gravy to the Turkey, baby.
