Okay so actually Ness's sentence can be translated as "It is of my own free will that I intend to use magic on the Broken Kaiser." Sorry I'm silly hihi.

damn they took the sparkle... but i do think there is some interest in kaiser saying "we were both broken" bc it finally puts some shine on the fact they were BOTH feeding into this terrible relationship, smth a lot of kins fans like to forget

Omg, the Italian translation is the same!! Like, LITERALLY the same, word for word. I wonder if the way it was written in japanese had a double meaning so the italian/french version translated it literally while the English version translated the "meaning"

i recently reread the chapter in scan and in my first language it’s all written like that ☹️☹️ i but when i searched the english translation i found the “right” one, so maybe it’s just that in certain languages it’s translated differently
