Minnesota residents are FURIOUS and vented their RAGE at an Eden Prairie City Council meeting after a wave of Somali gang shootings, including one in the middle of a Bloomington neighborhood where more than 100 shots were fired and, miraculously, only one person was injured. “It's pretty clear what the problem is. The problem is within the Somali community.”
Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges: “They're coming from two-parent homes, living in apartment buildings with $3,500 a month rent, driving Beamers and Mercedes and all these luxury cars.”
“So they're out here simply shooting each other based on social media beef. Period. That's it.”
Local Residents: “This is a serious issue and pretending it does not exist will not make our community safer.”
“We don't need more virtue signaling, yard signs, DEI initiatives or community conversations that lead to nowhere. Right? We need competent government, accountability and safe neighborhoods.”
