Great to be out in the fresh air for a Spooky Season Battersea @parkrun this morning! How I managed a 5K PR wearing what was essentially a tent I will never know.

The budget was all smoke + mirrors, tinkering around for headlines. The chancellor missed the boat to scrap UK CBAM + the Family Farm Tax that would help our farmers invest, grow, provide jobs and increase food security for the UK. Instead, we can just eat 4p cheaper gherkins

Sounds like landlords being hit – again. They already face relatively high taxes. Higher rates will discourage investment. Expect higher rents.

No farmers. No food. Tell Labour to Axe the Family Farm Tax at the budget.

The people of @Pembrokeshire deserve councillors who are open and transparent about how they vote. It’s a shame so many other councillors in Pembrokeshire don’t agree and would rather cower behind secret ballots so their electorate don’t know.

Just witnessed a couple breaking up over a flat white in Gail’s Richmond on a Sunday morning, can we get some polling on likely VI’s @LukeTryl?

The theme music to @bbclaurak’s Sunday Morning show is an absolute bop and I will hear no other views.

Baffled by this messaging. Basically feels like he’s saying “sometimes you gotta make racist remarks and joke about sexually abusing children if you want to bring down energy bills” If you’re explaining, you’re loosing.
The media can try and smear us all they want. They will only strengthen our resolve. Britain is broken and Reform UK is the only party with a plan to fix it. 🇬🇧

I’m in Edinburgh and being asked a lot of questions about ITV’s Reform expose. The reported comments show yet again why we’re not doing deals with Reform. We want Reform voters back, not Reform politicians. Reform voters are being let down by the people who claim to represent them. Many of these people were the ones who let them down in the Conservative Party. We are now under new management. These people caused a lot of problems and is why I say Nigel Farage has been doing my spring cleaning. These problems will keep coming for Reform. Just as Farage is being investigated, so is Robert Jenrick, and so is Richard Tice. These problems will never end because of the kind of people they are - they don’t care about high standards of conduct. That is why I am showing those voters who want to defeat Labour but left the Conservative Party that it’s time to come home. We are under new management, and you deserve better than this.

A long way to go, but the public are finally starting to see through the spin and bluster that is Reform UK. Only @KemiBadenoch and the @Conservatives have a credible plan for our country’s economy and businesses, and most importantly a plan to protect the Rural Way of Life.
Westminster Voting Intention: LAB: 28% (-1) CON: 24% (+3) RFM: 21% (-3) LDM: 11% (+1) GRN: 7% (=) RES: 5% (+1) SNP: 2% (=) Via @Moreincommon_, 9-12 Oct. Changes w/ 3-5 Oct.
