Putting in the work! 🔥🥎 Lessons this week were much needed as I am working on improving daily. Getting more consistent and fine tuning the small details. All while working on the mental side of being an athlete and setting new goals for this upcoming season. The big focus this week in pitching was working on my posture, my release point and building ground force. I got to experience an amazing camp yesterday @AUMWarhawksSB and learned a little bit about what it’s like to be a Warhawk! 🦅🧡 We went through lots drills, understanding power and BIG energy! Looking at different grips when pitching and trying to conceal them, so batters don’t pick them up as easy.
