It's official. I'm excited to announce that I've joined the Valdosta State Softball staff as an Assistant Coach.
Coach Macera, thank you for the opportunity and for trusting me to be part of this program. I know what this place means to you and to everyone who has been a part of building it, and I don't take that lightly.
Valdosta State Softball has a standard, a storied history, and a group of players who show up every single day. Getting the chance to be part of that is something I've worked toward for a long time.

This is for softball players also. The old adage was to pick the school, not the coach. But with the transfer portal now, pick a coach who believes in you and what you can do, someone who will get you on the field sooner rather than later. Don’t chase the division or the school name, find the right fit.
Crazy times for baseball players. The advice I would give my own children: go where you will have the best chance to play AND for a coach you trust.
