The airline industry is the main reason a Tongan community exists in Euless, Texas — less than six miles from the DFW airport.
Airline jobs not only put food on the table & roofs over our heads, flight benefits allow Tongans to attend important family & cultural events here in the US as well as overseas.
Airplanes keep us connected & our world small.
@toa_katoa , like myself & many Tongans in Euless, is an “Airline Baby” — a product of a blue-collar, hardworking airline family.
