I recently saw a reality show (US made) -They give $100 to some billionaire entrepreneurs -Now that billionaire has to make 1 million USD from that $100 -They will drop him in random unknown town where he don't know anyone -No place to live -The problems he face, humiliation, insults, rejections, confidence, how connections help, communication skills, no shame attitude, emotion control, showing up, mental breakdown.... -They will show how he will make 1 million USD in 90 days with just $100 Now I realized why USA is produced so many startups and enterpreneurs.... Where as here in India all we have are shows like Large Boss, political debates, useless game shows, double meaning comedy shows, controversy shows, etc, etc Even in Fish Tank, we are only selling food-dress-makeup kits

Non-Tech guys who are enjoying and celebrating by seeing layoffs in tech (esp in oracle, Adidas, etc) If there are no software engineers -CA's will lose their clients -Gyms will lose their clients -Banks, people will stop mutual funds, FDs, credit cards, home loans, etc -Car, bike showrooms couldn't sell their products -Cab/Auto drivers will not get customers -People will stop going to restaurants or ordering food (Zomato drivers + Restaurants gets affected) -No national or international vacations (Tourist spots will lose money) -Doctors & Hospitals will lose income (No health checkups, insurance clients) -Schools & teachers, now people will start sending their children to normal schools instead of paying 5 lakhs/year schools -Universities & professors, students will stop taking Computer science or related courses -AI companies will lose their revenue, less software engineers = less subscriptions -Hardware companies - less laptops, monitors, phones, GPUs -Domestic workers, can't afford -Tech parks will start looking empty -Cracking govt jobs becomes 100x tough -Unemployment increase -Financial frauds, crimes will increase -Government will get less tax -Poor people can't get freebies It ripples through almost every sector. IF WE GO DOWN, WE DON"T GO DOWN ALONE....

I grew up in a town in Telangana, through insta or whatsapp status, I usually get updates of what is happening in school friends life... This guy, avg in studies, didn't go to city/Hyderabad for intermediate (11th & 12th) Stayed in same town, studied in some degree college in same town. He didn't waste much money on studies. Now, looking after his father's small supermarket, he opened his own bakery. Also as he did his schooling, intermediate and degree in same town, he got lot of connections in town and as a side hustle he is even doing real estate broker work. Though he might not be earning in lakhs per month as software engineers.... but I really liked what he did in life... No fear of projects, boss, pollution, layoff, traveling to office on time, etc. Some lives may not be ambitious or inspiration.... but they are peaceful.
