Great opportunity to buy the dip at attractive prices. This past month is prime proof that the market can rally even without the Clarity Act
IT’S OVER: CLARITY ACT BLOCKED IN THE SENATE AS $125M IN LONGS GET WIPED OUT! 🚨 The Clarity Act fails to secure the required 60 votes to advance to the next stage. With 41 out of 100 senators already voting "NAY," reaching the 60-vote threshold is now mathematically impossible. 📉 BTC instantly dumps 2.5%, followed by ETH dropping 3%, triggering over $125M in long liquidations from everyone betting on the bill's advancement. Is this just a local flush before another leg up, or are we heading straight back to the lows? What's your play here?

Of course it is not gonna pass. We have lawmakers who are clueless about blockchains. All these seniors are still carrying passbooks. Until we have the next generation in the senate, nothing will advance.

Many of those senators are too old to understand what technology is. While UAE, Russia, Thailand, China are embracing the cryptography, Europe and now USA or lagging behind. Amazing job 🤡

Congress can’t even pass a basic banking bill or the Cannabis industry while it’s legal in almost every state. Federally it remains an illegal schedule 1 narcotic next to heroine, Congress is an incompetent mess. @GOP @TheDemocrats

Because big banks don’t want you to ever know or find out how badly they f-over everyone. And there’s no such thing as a trustworthy politician.

Honestly, I'm glad. This is the worst Senate and whatever they pass will not be the best for Americans. It will be the best for their owners, including big bankers. The delay will cause some pain but in the long run it will be better for Americans. We need to clean house before we can get any trustworthy good for Americans legislation through. I have more faith in the SEC than I do in our Senate.

RETAIL ALERT: Mainstream Media Headlines Are Manipulating You and the Market. The 49–50 Senate Tally Was a Strategic Maneuver to Save the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (H.R. 3633), Not a Final Defeat Don't let the headlines panic you into selling your bags. Outlets are screaming that the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act is completely "dead" after the vote. This is a massive distortion of how the Senate actually works. The Real Story: 1. This was a procedural hurdle to end a filibuster (cloture), not a final vote on the bill itself. 2. @SenThomTillis didn't defect. He flipped his vote to "No" at the buzzer as a brilliant parliamentary chess move. Under Senate rules, only someone on the winning ("No") side can file a motion to reconsider. By taking a temporary strategic loss, Tillis legally saved the bill and put it on standby. The fight has narrowed to a minor family ethics dispute with Democrats and the legislation is locked and loaded for a major comeback during the post-election lame duck session the second it is resolved. Stop falling for the mainstream FUD designed to shake out retail investors. Know the rules, protect your portfolio, and stay educated! #ClarityAct #HR3633 #ThomTillis #SenateVote #CryptoRegulation #Bitcoin #Ethereum #CryptoNews #RetailInvestors #Web3 #MarketManipulation #FUD #CryptoCommunity

It was a vote for cloture. Not a vote for the clarity act. People do not undsrstand how this works. However, i am not convinced that Clarity will pass either. However, this was not an abject failure for Clarity passage.
