Here’s one possible design for a launchpad that could plug into FIRE while taking advantage of infrastructure already native to Flare:
XRP can fund issuance directly from XRPL, with FDC verifying participation and FTSO providing objective graduation parameters. Once an asset graduates, the accumulated XRP can become FXRP liquidity for the market.
The launchpad takes a fee, creators participate in the economics, and a portion of both issuance and trading revenue goes to FIRE.
Then PMW + FCC could eventually extend the same design to policy-controlled XRP treasuries.
There’s a lot of space to innovate.
If we are going to do memes on Flare then a launchpad model I would strongly support is one that shares revenue with FIRE.
There would also be an added benefit for those engaging in meme speculation who also hold FLR as the net effect of said speculation would feed FIRE, leading to a direct positive effect on the FLR that they hold.

I watched a lot of people flip bearish on $ZBCN, but the team keeps cooking.
JUST IN: Zebec processed $54 million in monthly payroll for 15,800 employees in August.
The payment network served 269 enterprise clients, with card volume tracking toward $71 million annually across 97 countries, while Stellar-based $USDC payroll expanded to 18 clients and Zebec repurchased over 504.7 million $ZBCN.

I really want to enable users to borrow RLUSD against their XRP directly from the XRP ledger (using Flare smart accounts) AND receive their borrowed RLUSD ON the XRP ledger.
In order for that to happen I need the Wormhole RLUSD bridge to be up. For that to happen I need XRP validators to approve:

🚨 NEWS: @Zebec_HQ is set to bring its payroll and payments infrastructure to @Circle Arc mainnet, expanding its multichain strategy. The company previously joined Arc testnet in November 2025 through the Circle Alliance Program, with USDC and EURC already supporting its salary payment flows.
Circle is scheduled to launch Arc public mainnet on Wednesday, with transaction fees paid in $USDC. The network will also operate with a permissioned validator set as it moves toward mainnet adoption.
