We love the innovation happening around vending and gacha products that leverage Collector Crypt’s vaulting and tokenization infrastructure. This includes platforms on Robinhood mirroring our inventory, as well as projects that re-hypothecate our NFTs onto other chains for use in user-generated gacha machines. We expected this development for some time, we are honored that these platforms have chosen to use Collector Crypt NFTs and it has now arrived everything, everywhere, all at once. We want to clearly remind users of both Collector Crypt and any platforms minting re-hypothecated versions of our cards on other chains: those NFTs are not Collector Crypt NFTs. They are not backed by a physical card vaulted with Collector Crypt. We are not responsible for any losses, theft, or issues that may occur with these assets on other chains. Our responsibility remains solely with the authentic Solana NFTs and future NFTs we may mint on other chains. As we see the interest in some of these third party projects, we want to ensure they do not adversely impact the value of the Collector Crypt ecosystem or our users. We may implement updates to our Terms of Service that specifically address permitted uses of our NFTs and introduce structural measures covering cards that have been re-hypothecated onto other chains.
