But it’s absolute BS to imply that because she’s a women that words like “Trips” and “Zorro” are too confusing for her and she has no idea what that means
I think you're overreacting a bit. While I dont agree with them about their assessment cause I dont really care what she does, it really does seem performative more than anything. and if she understands every play, why should that matter to an owner? maybe there's perfectly good explanation but anyone has yet to hear one.

Don’t want to be overly negative on a young guy, but IDK that this cutup is showing us much.
(There’s also probably a reason he only came in on plays that were in or around the Red Zone)
I've seen people suggest throughout the offseason (and even now) that CJ Allen has looked slow for the Colts, and I honestly have no clue what people are looking at.
He's a tick behind diagnosing the flat through to Kelce in the first clip but idk where this slow LB is

In fairness to Shane, he's trying!
The reality with Tyler Warren is that he's a huge plus in the Red Zone and in the run game.
But is too much of a straight-line athlete to win as a route runner in static formations like other elite TEs.
It doesn't matter how hard the LBs are flowing with Jonathan Taylor, the slide routes to Warren just aren't working anymore (and haven't since Nov. of last year!)
They have to find ways to get him the ball so he can move North and South, rather than East and West.
