Sadly, had to cancel my @CookUnity subscription. The amount for 6 meals was just too pricey, unfortunately. And man, i wasn't ready for them to pull for another week. 😭 ill.. be back, soon.. maybe

Hey, @CookUnity, your @ouraring offer is off the charts and I want to give this a go, but that big asterisk of "first 300 only" makes it a little hard to believe any rings will be left after 6 weeks.

OK I order food on my phone bc I dont have computer and have complained about it not working good before. I clicked continue made sure and still it changed my order now I got 3 of the same meal which I didnt want and last week they forgot to put shrimp in the seared shrimp bowl..come on ....

I placed my first order. I’m still waiting for it. So I haven’t even tried the food yet and they discharged my credit card for my second order before I even get my first order and their website says you cannot cancel the subscription until the first order is shipped. This is BS.

I’m not getting paid for this. Since we are in an election year I opted for @cookunity for the next couple of months. They have amazing meals for vegan/vegetarians. Most meal services don’t.

@CookUnity My meals got auto-picked last week which is usually fine, except it auto-picked a premium meal that charged an extra $10. Should that happen without my approval for the premium dish? My subscription is supposed to be at the normal plan rate.

It used to be great ordering from @cookunity. Any issue and customer service was top notch. But since they replaced humans with a chat bot everything is AI, even the supposed human response emails that now take "up to 8 hours" instead of a 10 minute call.

Our live support team is still here to help! Our AI assistant will try to answer your questions first, but it can escalate you to a team member whenever needed. You can also type “chat with agent” for immediate assistance during business hours.
You can text us at (347) 835-5020 as well. If you email us, the quoted response time is up to 8 hours in case you reach us outside service hours, but during business hours you’ll typically hear back within an hour.
