RE: The Prosecution of Ilhan Omar There are two competing storylines regarding the prosecution of Ilhan Omar. One such storyline is being peddled by the Democrat/Media Complex. The other storyline is one that same media will never report. I’ll let you decide which storyline is which. Storyline #1: An inspiring immigrant woman escaped from poverty, genocide and Communist rule in the poorest nation on Earth, made her own way in the United States and rose to national prominence as a Congresswoman. However, because she is a vocal supporter for social justice, an evil Republican President/fascist dictator has targeted her for abusive prosecution on trumped-up, nonexistent charges. Now she stands for oppressed Americans everywhere as she fights the power. Storyline #2: The wealthy, privileged daughter of a genocidal, Communist Somali army colonel who had been trained in the Soviet Union fled to America with her father so the two could escape torture, imprisonment and execution after the father’s genocidal, Communist regime leader was overthrown. Upon arrival in America, the father and the daughter both committed immigration fraud and illegally obtained U.S. citizenship (or never obtained U.S. citizenship, the story is unclear). The daughter then rose to prominence with the backing of George Soros and his massive network of NGOs and PACs, was elected to Congress, was controlled by Soros and other Neo-Marxist groups who may well have held her illegal alien status over her head to manipulate her, while she maintained close contact with organized crime lords inside Minnesota’s Somali community. The bottom line is that it seems an illegal alien with genocidal Communist roots was illegally elected to Congress where she has spent years promoting Communism, organized crime and destruction of our Constitution and our national institutions. This reads like a Tom Clancy novel, but it’s all true and is one of the worst scandal in U.S. history. Now, finally, a President with iron will is holding her and her network of Communist thieves to account for their crimes. You decide which storyline is true and which is false.

NEW FOOTAGE FROM WILBER PEREZ ICE PURSUIT: An Austin security company just sent me exclusive surveillance footage of DHS pursuing Wilber Perez, the illegal Venezuelan who was shot by an ICE officer. New footage shows two DHS vehicles flashing their lights and blaring their sirens as they pursue Perez, who is speeding down the street in an attempt to flee. Perez initially stated that, “An SUV rode next to him and tried to hit him” stating that he thought it was, “an aggressive driver”. He then stated that ICE officials did NOT ask him to stop or turn on ANY lights or sirens until AFTER they had sideswiped him. This newly obtained footage appears to show that emergency lights and sirens had been activated while Perez fled. It also looks like the vehicle has zero damage at this point. This footage is from Sunday, Sept 20th at 12:45pm, right before the shooting occurred. Wilber Perez, an illegal alien from Venezuela, had a final order for removal and was in the country illegally ,which is why DHS was originally pursuing him. I and others have been explaining for years that Harris County has a spending problem. A new proposal this week to create a new department will only add to our current spending and, as a result, taxing problem. Regarding law enforcement, I will always support that. It’s one of the main reasons county government exists along with infrastructure. What so many fail to mention or print is that the raises given to constables is statutory. We - by state law - must (and should and did) approve increases for those that serve and protect our communities. I will support that every time. Like any budget, there is fat and waste and areas where we can save. While other counties in the state either cut taxes or keep them at the same rate for the benefit of their communities, SOME in Harris County find new ways to create a financial burden for residents.

Why would I want enhanced law enforcement capacity when the prosecution of crimes has become an outright political weapon of gay race communists? How does it benefit us under these circumstances?

It could just state that any person born a citizen of the US who thereafter is determined to be or becomes a citizen of any other nation, or receives benefit, directly or indirectly, of such citizenship, is deemed thereby to renounce their US citizenship. It makes the 14th Am. condition "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" self-enforcing where being or becoming a subject of any other jurisdiction surrenders US citizenship automatically. Since surrender of subjection to US jurisdiction and attending loss of citizenship must be enforced, this approach is authorized by Section 5.
