Early Morning Everyone I keep seeing @sleepagotchi talk about four ai agents but right now only one is actually live. Sleep Coach is the one you can use today. It takes sleep and recovery signals from your phone or wearable and turns them into a simple loop: what changed, why it changed and what you should do next. The other three come later. Wellness Coach is supposed to build on that with things like energy, mood, habits and recovery. Meal Planner takes those insights into food decisions, while Shopping Agent is meant to turn recommendations into purchases within a budget. That is where the bigger idea starts to make sense to me. Sleep is basically the first sensor. The real test is whether these agents can share context and turn one piece of health data into useful actions without making the user jump between different apps. But there is still a gap between the vision and what’s live. The last three agents are planned after TGE and there is still no public TGE date. So for now, I did rather judge @sleepagotchi by the Sleep Coach people can actually use than by the full system sitting on the roadmap.
