Where on-chain data meets narrative foresight. Exclusive calls, deep research, and early alpha from the Cartel

The Epicenter
Been digging into $SECTORAL and I think this one is worth putting on the radar. It honestly reminds me a bit of $CLAWBANK on Base, but $SECTORAL is taking a different angle and playing more into the new privacy/ZK narrative developing on Robinhood Chain. Sectoral is basically building a private payment system where transactions still happen on-chain, but the amount being sent and wallet balances can stay private. Normally anyone can pull up your wallet and see exactly what you’re holding and sending. Sectoral uses zero-knowledge proofs to verify transactions without needing to make all of that information public. Then there’s the AI side. The idea is that an AI agent can have its own wallet and actually make payments on its own. You can give it funds while setting rules for: • How much it can spend • Who it can pay • What assets it can use • Daily spending limits • When it needs your approval They’re also building around x402, which opens the door for AI agents to automatically pay for APIs, data and other online services. So you have a mix of: AI agents + payments + privacy/ZK + Robinhood Chain That’s what caught my attention here. Another interesting part is the dev. One of the developers tied to Sectoral is Gordan Hend. According to his public GitHub, he’s a software engineer at Stripe and says he’s “building @sectoralxyz in my free time.” If that’s accurate, a Stripe engineer building payment infrastructure like this definitely makes it more interesting to me. There’s also actual code behind the project. Their contracts, frontend, SDK and docs are public. The protocol docs show a 0.10% payment fee capped at 5 USDG per transaction as well. The main thing I still want more clarity on is how the $SECTORAL token itself captures value as the protocol grows. I haven’t seen anything confirming that those fees go back to token holders, so I’m not going to pretend they do. Very early obviously, but I like the setup. $CLAWBANK gave me a similar feel on Base. $SECTORAL feels like a Robinhood Chain version leaning harder into privacy, ZK tech and autonomous AI payments. With the privacy/ZK narrative starting to heat up on RH, this is one I’m keeping on the radar. $SECTORAL 👀 — Crypto Cartel 🩸 🗡️ 0x6effbF4438140222b8A6e7BD0dC3245206946fCE

Give your agent a wallet. Not a blank check. Sectoral agent accounts are ERC-4337 smart accounts with spend policies enforced on-chain: → Max per request → Max per day → Allowed domains x402 requests settle automatically. Compromise the server and the limits still hold.

Tomorrow is where the next chapter starts. Fearless of Missing Out Party. Fomo team. Top Fomo traders. KOLs. Whales. And a few $FOMO holders already right in the middle of it. Then comes the aftermath. Pictures. Videos. Clips. Reposts. KOLs posting the event. Whales sharing it. Traders talking about Fomo. Attention starts flowing toward one word: FOMO. And sitting right there is the most obvious ticker imaginable: $FOMO. But here’s the part people are still missing: $FOMO is exclusively tradable on @fomo Not scattered across random launchpads. No typical bundler games. No PF jeeter circus. No messy distribution engineered somewhere else. The holders you see are literally people buying through the Fomo app. You can check the holder distribution yourself. From day one, the entire thing has been native to Fomo. Nothing like this. One of one lore. And we’re already starting to see bigger wallets discover it. some accumulating meaningful percentages of supply. Then comes the milestone everyone is watching: ATH → $5M+ → Fomo verification. Think about how ridiculous that setup becomes: $FOMO exclusively trading on Fomo bought by Fomo users verified by Fomo while Fomo is hosting an event called Fearless of Missing Out. At some point it stops feeling like a forced narrative. It’s literally the closest thing possible to a Fomo coin. And remember: a significant portion of the supply is locked, while several of the top holders appear positioned for the verification milestone rather than a tiny short-term flip. The distribution has been building in public since day one. No complicated thesis. Just: FOMO on Fomo. Maybe the market ignores the most obvious meme sitting directly in front of it. Or maybe crypto does what crypto does… and chooses the most entertaining outcome possible. One of one lore built on @Hoookedpad 🐸🪝

Hook Lab is live. Uniswap v4 lets anyone attach a hook to a pool: a small contract that adds a rule, like a custom fee or a swap limit. Writing one used to mean knowing Solidity and testing it by hand. Now you pick a hook, set your rule, and a crew of agents does the rest. → Choose a template: dynamic LP fee, swap size limit or liquidity incentive → Set your number, like 30 bps or a 1,000,000 swap cap → Agents write the contract, compile it and run its checks on a private chain → An AI Critic reviews the code and the results, and a Judge gives the final verdict Every check comes back in plain words: what passed, and why. The full contract is right there to read. Hook Lab is the newest agent on Corvus, alongside the Agentic Swarm. More agents are on the way. Know what's real. dapp.corvusterminal.app/agen…

$STONKR dyor nfa. I like it.
You can launch a coin today that trades against OpenAI. Not against SOL. Against OpenAI. Or NVIDIA, Tesla, SpaceX, gold, the S&P 500, Anthropic, Neuralink. We counted this morning: 530 things on Stonkfun you can pair a launch with, and all of them are live right now. Most launchpads give you one option and never tell you it was a choice. Your coin trades against SOL, so when SOL moves your chart moves and your coin did nothing at all. Pick the other side and the coin means something. Against NVIDIA, you are betting your idea beats the chip trade. Against USDC, the chart is plain dollars and cannot flatter you. Against another token, you are long both. This is not a roadmap. Coins are going out through the bot now, and one launched last night paired against ZEC. Tweet a name and a $TICKER at @Stonkinatordev. Reply PAIRS to see all 530.

Robinhood Chain launches a new token every 7 seconds. A chart can tell you what moved. It cannot tell you who is still building. That is the problem Hey Research Lab is built around. We read the work, not just the chart: releases, deployments, verified source code, project updates and other source-backed evidence, continuously indexed and kept with its origin. Today: → 4,090 projects published after review → 1,684 verified builders → 2,572 building events recorded with sources → 547,168 records indexed from Robinhood Chain and its launchpads Then we make that intelligence easier to navigate. Still Building surfaces projects continuing to execute while the market moves. Under the Radar highlights projects building steadily while market attention remains limited. And next comes the Hey Research Terminal, bringing project timelines, builder metrics, market context and evidence into one research command centre. Built for people. Readable by machines.

I can’t stress how important this project is to the whole crypto landscape… everybody should be using this. We’re all investors in the end of the day. This is your front end to backend tool prior to investing…. $HEY IS FOR EVERYBODY.
How to use Hey Research Lab to find utility projects that are still shipping. Here’s the workflow: 1. Start with the full market Open Explore. The video starts with 5,578 indexed projects across Robinhood Chain. 2. Filter for recent activity Select projects that are Shipping. In this snapshot, that reduces the universe to 235 projects currently shipping. 3. Narrow by what you actually want Looking specifically for utility? Apply the Utility filter. 235 active projects became a shortlist of 9 utility projects still shipping. 4. Open a project Instead of stopping at market cap or price, open the project profile and inspect what has actually changed. Look at: → Latest Ship → Builder Activity → Build Timeline → Releases and code activity → Sources behind the evidence 5. Verify before forming a view Every useful signal should lead back to evidence. The goal is not to tell you what to buy. It is to help you decide what deserves deeper research. That is the Hey Research Lab workflow: Start broad → Filter activity → Narrow the narrative → Inspect the project → Verify the evidence. Find utility projects that are still shipping.

Hey Research Lab x Chit We’re officially partnering with @usechit Chit to bring builder intelligence directly into the token discovery experience. Builder intelligence is now embedded directly into Chit. Every Chit token card can surface research context from Hey Research Lab: → Shipping status → 30-day commit activity → Verified builder → Full project research and evidence What is Chit? Chit is infrastructure built around private transaction funding for wallet fleets, using confidential multi-sponsor gas attribution through ERC-4337. It is designed to make wallet operations more flexible while keeping funding relationships and attribution structured at the infrastructure layer. With this partnership, users can see who built a project, what they’ve shipped, and whether development is still active before going deeper. Chit brings the interaction layer. Hey Research Lab brings the research layer. Better discovery starts with better context. $hey $chit
