Last episode: Henrik Zeberg predicts that #Bitcoin crashes 90%. This episode, one of the world's leading liquidity experts explains why the opposite is structurally locked in. "The West is bust, and the world is changed." Michael Howell (@crossbordercap) founded CrossBorder Capital and has spent decades tracking one variable: global liquidity. His argument is that governments have quietly stopped borrowing the normal way, and started printing without calling it printing: "Governments are issuing three month Treasury bills, and those Treasury bills are like printing money." Long-term debt has become too expensive to issue in a world of higher yields. So everything shifts to the short end, the debt gets rolled instead of repaid, and monetary inflation becomes the release valve. Not a policy choice. A structural one. And his model puts a number on what that means: for every 10% increase in global liquidity, Bitcoin's price has historically doubled. We cover: - Why "the West is bust", and why that makes printinginevitable, not optional - The debt refinancing wall: why governments can't issue real long-term debt anymore - His liquidity model, and the Bitcoin relationship inside it - Why monetary inflation quietly destroys wealth that isn't in the right assets - Why he says most people still have close to zero allocation to the one asset built for this environment - Aging demographics, AI, and the future of bonds Thanks to @OKX for being sponsor of todays show! There's been a long period where the overall question was whether #Altcoins still had a point to exist. I think we're past that point. It's no longer about #Bitcoin, it's about blockchain payment rails and the entire infrastructure of finance moving onchain. It's the first time since 2017 that you're clearly seeing a massive breakthrough in innovation. Super exciting.

The thing is also, #Bitcoin is not even towards an all-time high and the momentum is already like this. Imagine what will happen when #Bitcoin breaks the all-time high.

A lot of #Altcoins are up 50%, maybe 100% and the momentum on social media has flipped immediately. This is the cycle where we're going to onboard millions of people into the #Crypto markets as the innovation has finally hit a level that there's strong demand to be using those apps. That's why you're still early.

Over the past weeks I decided to trim my position on $NEAR and $AVAX. I've bought $GRASS for that. $GRASS is now up 65% since our entry, portfolio is at $170,000. Make sure to join here to be receiving real time updates:
The #Altcoin portfolio is now at $165,000. In less than two months, it rallied from $75,000 to $165,000 due to simply derisking positions and allocating towards new ones. Almost back to profits. Just getting started. Make sure to join me here to be part of this incredible journey: nitter.net/CryptoMichNL/creator-s…

If this is a true bull market, then this runs upwards are still nothing for most #Altcoins and there's a lot more to come. They are barely breaking out of any downtrends, meaning that we're likely going to follow through going into Q4.

For years you'll be laughed at as #Altcoins are going to zero. Then, in a matter of weeks, they turn back up and erase all those losses. That's how this goes.

$SUI provides the ideal cocktail of why holding a token makes sense at this point. It's finally breaking upwards and I'm convinced that we haven't seen all yet. The reason for that is the mix of fundamental progress is playing out with the best narrative in the markets: a token valuation going upwards creating a strong community. I think that a lot of people underestimate the impact of having gasless fees on stablecoins on the underlying protocol. If you don't need to pay any fees at all while you're using a blockchain, it's quite clear that humans and AI Agents will be using that chain for transfers. Even better, if there is the ability to do many transactions (in other words: a high possibility of scalability of the underlying protocol), you'll be excluding the risk of third party risk that your transfer won't be delivered to the other side. The combination is super strong, and on top of that, this month, the team is adding confidential payments. That's a second part of the ecosystem that I think most of the investors aren't aware of that this will be a giant step forward in the use case of crypto in general. From an use case perspective, this brings everything together for $SUI to be doing really well. For sure, there's always the debate of price and valuations and such, you could argue whether TVL is a viable metric, but how I'm looking at investments and trades is that you'd need to be looking at whether or not there's an unique use case and thesis to invest in. Given that $SUI has that unique case and has one of the strongest teams in the ecosystem, I'm just very pleased to be seeing the momentum. Add to that the technical indicators clearly indicating that we're in a bottoming process. It's up 40% against Bitcoin since the low was made, but given the higher timeframe bullish divergence is still applied, there's a lot more to come towards the price action of $SUI and I remain consistent in thinking that this is still significantly undervalued.

Last week we broke down what the Clarity Act's failure in the Senate actually means, and why the timing matters given Europe's MiCA framework is now fully in effect. Worth a read if you missed it the first time, especially with regulatory clarity (or the lack of it) shaping where institutional capital chooses to sit. Read it here → mnfund.nl/blog/the-clarity-a…
The Clarity Act just failed in the US Senate. 49 to 50, one vote short of the 60 needed. The timing is what makes this interesting. Europe closed its regulatory gap this summer with MiCA. The US just watched its biggest attempt to do the same collapse on a procedural vote. What does that divergence actually mean for where investors choose to hold digital asset exposure? We break it down in our latest blog → mnfund.nl/blog/the-clarity-a…

Tom Lee said this months before it became a bigger story online. Whether it plays out is another question that people stay skeptical about. "Central banks should be easing, and we're past the oil shock. So you have dovish central banks and profits on a real basis going up. I think that's higher multiples and higher earnings. It could be the biggest stock market gains in our lifetime." He's since repeated the same 2027 call on CNBC, and raised his S&P 500 earnings estimate from $350 to $415. Plenty of people stay skeptical of his big calls. That skepticism is fair, and it's exactly why a call like this is worth watching play out rather than taking at face value. His reasoning still holds up on paper: falling costs, easing central banks, and earnings and multiples rising together, a combination that historically produces melt-ups rather than corrections. Whether 2027 actually delivers is something nobody, including him, can know yet. Full conversation on @new_era_finance
Six months ago Ethereum was almost $5,000. Today it's under $2,000. When I put that to Tom Lee in Paris, his response was: "Has anything really changed?" Tom Lee (@fundstrat) is one of Wall Street's most-followed forecasters. While the market wrote Ethereum off, he made the case to me that it's one of the most mispriced assets in the world right now. His framing stuck with me. Gold is worth ~$22 trillion. The stock market over $100 trillion. Real estate ~$300 trillion. And to make those assets composable and move them on-chain, he argues, you run them on Ethereum, which sits at a fraction of that. "If Ethereum is at 300 billion, it's grossly undervalued." We cover: - Why he calls this "crypto spring", fundamentals stronger than ever while price lags - Why tokenization is "not even a question," and what happens when Wall Street actually moves on-chain - Why AI agents carrying wallets and making payments is, in his words, "pretty close to 100%" within three years - Why he can see Ethereum as a 1, 2, or even $5 trillion network "in the next few years" - What most investors are missing at exactly the wrong moment That's his call, not mine, but it's one of the clearest bull cases I've heard on why the biggest move may still be ahead. Full conversation is live. 👇 Is Ethereum the most undervalued asset in crypto right now?

Absolutely phenomenal price action on $NEAR. It's above $5. Now, two questions to ask. 1. Is this the right time to buy for a long term position? Honestly, I don't think so. Narrative is strong, momentum is strong, but markets are going into waves. If you'd want to be building a position, just wait for a correction to come. It will come. Probably comments will say that it will never come, but it will. 2. How about daytrading this asset? Actually, this is a phenomenal one to daytrade, as it's doing clear support/resistance tests on a constant basis. I don't think we'll see much more upside yet, and I'm looking to derisk a little more here in these ranges, but overall. Congratulations.

It's that part of the cycle where #Altcoins are going to continue running with brief corrections. Accumulate, Remain patient, Just hold. And you'll be fine.

There's a lot of upside to come for $SUI. It barely broke upwards, and technically, I think that we're going to see $1.20 in the coming week.

$ETH is looking great. I'd like to see a flip of the upper level and hit that as support and we'll be approaching new highs.

There's not much different on the picture for #Bitcoin. As long as it remains beneath $84,700, I don't think we'll see much continuation on the markets taking place. Willing to bid if that level flips.
