⚡ HOURLY RAID REWARDS
Post about $GRIND or tokens launched through Grind Office, or participate in their verified raids.
Verified actions score:
• Like: 1 point
• Repost: 2 points
• Post or reply: 3 points
Each token has its own hourly reward pool. Your share = your score ÷ the total score for that round.
Each round distributes the smaller of 2 SOL or 50% of that token’s raid reserve. Daily scoring caps: 100 actions overall, 30 per token. Duplicate actions and self-engagement don’t score.
💼 DAILY SALARY
Your share depends on your eligible GRIND holdings, how long you held them during the day and your cubicle multiplier. Each worker is capped at 3% of that day’s salary budget.
🏆 DAILY BONUSES
The top 10 qualifying workers share the bonus pool. Rankings combine participation performance (60%) and creator fees generated by your launches (40%), each measured relative to the day’s best performer.
Qualify with at least 3 scored actions across 2 tokens, or a launch generating fees. The same worker cannot take first place on consecutive days.

Cumulative $GRIND burns unlock:
50K → 1.05×
100K → 1.10×
250K → 1.20×
500K → 1.50×
1M → 2×
Multipliers boost raid scores and salary weighting. You still need to hold 50,000 $GRIND after burning.
Daily rounds close at midnight UTC. Rewards are sent automatically after verification, with holdings checked again before payout. Amounts depend on available fee-funded pools.
