What is genuinely new to get excited about is the technical claim here : contracts as first order logic predicates, proven with ZK, with no bytecode and no VM.
If that works @ModulusZK would be selling a security story most L1s cannot match, fewer classic exploit classes, cheaper proofs, and a reason for institutions or serious DeFi teams to look twice.
