@Strategy buys BTC with debt.
@Evernorth is playing a different game: growing XRP per share without leverage. Here's how Flare fits in 👇:
Core Thesis
-XRP needs a DeFi layer to generate yield, and the XRPL alone has built-in limits. Flare fills that role through FAssets, Flare Smart Accounts (FSA) and Firelight.
-Ripple, Sentora, Evernorth, Kraken and Flare are forming an integrated ecosystem, and the links between these teams are no coincidence.
-Evernorth wants to avoid the Strategy model of issuing debt to buy assets. Its goal is to grow XRP per share sustainably. Firelight fits that goal: it earns extra XRP from cover premiums, with no leverage.
6-Month Outlook (through ~April 2027)
Evernorth completes Phase 1 with its announced exchange partners, then reveals new DeFi partnerships, possibly including Sentora and Firelight.
~15–25M XRP (3–5% of its ~473M holdings) flows from Evernorth into Flare via FSA and custodial setups. It goes into Firelight or serves as FXRP collateral to borrow RLUSD.
Firelight staking grows 1.5–2x, from ~43M to ~65–85M FXRP, adding cover capacity for Kraken's USDC vaults.
The FXRP minting cap is raised and total supply passes ~200M (from ~144M today), driven by Evernorth plus broader XRPfi demand.
Agents lock an estimated 1.5–4.5B more FLR as collateral, tightening FLR's circulating supply.
📌Early signal to watch: Ripple Swell, Oct 27–29. If Evernorth names a DeFi partner there, this thesis starts playing out. I'll revisit these numbers in April 2027. Bookmark this and hold me to it. My view, not financial advice.
