Right now, workers are waiting 465 days on average for their first contract after forming a union. Many never get one at all. That is unacceptable. @SenBooker, @Culinary226, and I are pushing to pass the Faster Labor Contracts Act to ensure workers get the fair treatment, wages, and conditions they deserve.

Today, @SenBooker and I are with @Culinary226 pushing for our Faster Labor Contracts Act. Bad actors are using every trick in the book to stall union negotiations, keep wages low, and stop workers from exercising their rights. Enough is enough.
