The Tazewell Circuit Court has denied the Commonwealth’s motions seeking to prevent a post-election hearing in a lawsuit brought by Founding Freedom Law Center (FFLC) challenging Virginia’s proposed abortion amendment. If voters approve the amendment November 3, the court is scheduled to hear legal arguments November 13 before Judge Hurley.
