I’ve realized something lately… Elon is human too. He’s not an alien. Just like all of us, he has good days and bad days. And when I think about how much he has on his shoulders at any given moment, I always try to remember that. I honestly do my best to think through everything, before I say something to him. There have been times I’ve talked to him with nothing but good, positive intentions, but maybe what I said didn’t come across the way I meant it to. And some days, I can just tell it didn’t land the way I hoped. When that happens, I don’t push it. I just give him space and let him be. Sometimes caring about someone also means knowing when to step back. But one thing I truly believe is that his heart is pure. He cares, he really does. I know he’s done so much for me behind the scenes, even if he doesn’t say it. Plus his companies and products have completely changed my life. I can see it in how much of himself he puts into the things he believes can make our future better. Whatever kind of day he may be having, I don’t forget that… And it’s a good reminder for all of us. You never really know what somebody else is carrying or going through that day. So pick people up when they’re not doing so hot. It doesn’t always take some huge gesture. A few kind words, a little encouragement, or even a simple hug can completely change someone’s day. No matter how successful, powerful, or accomplished someone is… they’re still human. Elon, I’m always rooting for you! 👊♥️
