She was first appointed to the Senate by her father.  She is the biggest supporter of the NEA and AFT in the Senate, and they reward her with big campaign bucks and manning the precincts throughout Alaska each election cycle on her behalf.  She was involved in changing Alaska's primary voting system, to where it is now similar to California's jungle-election system.  Murkowski did that because she would be defeated in a Republican primary.  And the list goes on and on.  She is everything that is wrong with establishment Republicans, the ruling class, and DC.  Self-serving, self-promoting, and self-righteous about it.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune has not allowed President Trump to make a single recess appointment. Why is that? The American people deserve to know why the Majority Leader is blocking the president's agenda. And the American people also deserve to know why Senate Republicans have not removed Thune from leadership. As far as I'm concerned, at this point every Republican senator is complicit. If I were in Congress, the 3 most important pieces of legislation I would champion are: 1) End birthright citizenship & limit it to children of American citizens 2) The SAVE America Act to require photo ID & documentary proof of citizenship 3) Codify that the Census should ONLY include American citizens — neither illegal aliens nor legal non-citizens should count in the apportionment of House seats
