Newsweek coverage of the #Bobulinski interview. Not surprisingly, it’s focused not on the content of the accusations but on conservative reaction to it. Another new low for 2020. newsweek.com/tucker-carlson-…

Surely you've noticed that even after a Red Wave or a Blue Wave, nothing ever changes for the voters. These shifts in power between parties are orchestrated to give us the illusion of choice.

This outcome was entirely avoidable had Republicans just done what they promised: Mass deportations, No New Wars, lower inflation, and release the Epstein Files. They broke every single promise, and now voters will punish them.

Without term limits, Washington will stay corrupt. The Convention of States Resolution seeks to impose term limits —on Congress and the deep state—while also adding fiscal restraints and limits on federal power & jurisdiction. Sign the petition and we will send it to your legislator: conventionofstates.com/x-pet…

- You: "Who does the government borrow from?" - Government: "The central bank." - You: "Where does the central bank get money?" - Government: "It creates it." - You: "And the government pays interest on that?" - Government: "Of course. Debt is debt." - You: "Interest... on money created from nothing... paid by my taxes?" - Government: "You're not an economist."

Tampa’s budget in 2019 was $1.01 Billion. Tampa’s budget in 2025 was 1.8 Billion. This is an increase in spending 2019-2025 of 78% Cumulative inflation 2019-2025 was only 26% Mayor Jane Castor literally increased Tampa’s spending at Three Times the rate of inflation! Nearly $600 million more in one year than was needed to provide 2019 levels of public services, adjusted for inflation. Maybe @WFLA would better serve the community by asking Mayor Castor what she spent that $600 million on and why it shouldn’t be the first thing cut instead of just being her mouthpiece? Just a thought.
Tampa Mayor Jane Castor warned that Amendment 3, a property tax reform measure, could have a "dramatic impact" on the city's public services if it passes, cutting key revenue sources. wfla.com/news/hillsborough-c…

If your boss cut your pay 7% every year, you’d quit on the spot. The central bank does exactly that to your savings.

- You: "My stocks went up 10%." - Government: "Congratulations! That's taxable." - You: "But inflation was 8%. I only really gained 2%." - Government: "We tax the full 10%." - You: "You tax the inflation you created?" - Government: "Capital gains are capital gains." - You: "So you profit from debasing my money twice?" - Government: "You're not an economist."

Journalist: "You're selling raw milk at the farm gate. Unpasteurised. That's a public health hazard." Dairyman: "What's pasteurising for?" Journalist: "Killing dangerous bacteria." Dairyman: "From where?" Journalist: "The milk." Dairyman: "The muck, the bucket and the cow. It came in when town milk was from sick cows in sheds behind the pub, carted warm for a day and topped up at the pump. They couldn't clean the dairy, so they cooked the milk." Journalist: "And you think you're above all that." Dairyman: "I think I'm inspected. The herd's TB tested. A man comes twice a year and goes through the parlour with a torch. The milk goes to a lab 4 times a year. One bad result and I'm shut that afternoon." Journalist: "People have been made ill by raw milk." Dairyman: "By dirty milk, same as dirty anything. 2 summers ago near 300 people in this country went down with E. coli. It was lettuce, out of a sandwich. How's the campaign against salad going?" Journalist: "Salad doesn't carry the same risk." Dairyman: "Salad doesn't carry a label. Every bottle I sell has a warning on it by law. Find me that on an energy drink, a vape or a bag of rocket." Journalist: "So you accept it's risky." Dairyman: "I accept I'm the only thing in your fridge that's been made to say so. My customers drive 40 minutes past 3 supermarkets, read the warning and buy 6 litres. Best-informed shoppers in Britain." Journalist: "The experts advise against it." Dairyman: "The experts advised margarine. People round here have drunk this for a few thousand years. I'll give the experts time to settle down."
