Danny Tommo has pleaded not guilty to criminal damage and to failing to disclose his phone PIN to police. He elected trial at Crown Court himself. Bail was refused, he remains in custody. Prosecutor Kevin Lucie told the court a crew member was on board the boat at the time: "You are on English territory. This is England. This is not France anymore." Tommy Robinson sat in the public gallery in support. Proceedings move to Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday.
