🚨Danny Tommo deserves a medal, not a charge sheet. Has there ever been a British court case where a man was convicted for damaging a vessel at sea that had just been used to bring an illegal crossing into Britain? When he was trying to stop the next one? We live in the strangest of times. If anyone should be in the dock, it is not him. It is the institutions that collect the boats, process the arrivals, and send them on. @RNLI and @UKBorder Force should answer for enabling the crossings, not the man trying to halt them. #FreeDannyTommo

A French officer can put a knife in a pontoon with bodies still on it, paid by Britain to do it, and it's an 'operation'. An English civilian does it mid-Channel on a livestream and it's a charge. Same tool. Different warrant. That doesn't make Danny a policeman but it does make the double picture hard to sell to anyone standing on a Gosport pavement. Sadly, the court will still run status and place. The hard reality is that the country will still see the knife we fund and the knife we prosecute. The Standfast.
