I joined the official @sonic_hedgehog discord to share my passion for my favorite Sonic games and merch but instead was met with a ban because I probably don't fit in their goal of just promoting bigger creators they are biased towards. I am a Sonic fan how do I not fit in? I forgive their decision but that was short lived. I feel I did nothing wrong and seems like many others been banned as well. I think this is a messy launch and doesn't look good with the brand. TLDR; I am a Sonic fan who joined to talk about Sonic but was met with the ban hammer.

I joined the official @sonic_hedgehog discord and a mod @RubyEclipse just banned me. I have broken no rules. I literally just boosted the server and decided to chat. I didn't think an official Sonic discord would exist and wondered how long it will be up for and then I said I wanted a game other than Crossworlds. I said I have Sonic 1 stuff in the merch section. Then someone said they knew me from my old videos and I told them the change and how I am married now. I literally got banned for no reason. I am at a loss for words. I guess they just knew me from long ago and assumed I would start trouble? I have no idea the discord was about favoritism I am at a loss of words. Look up my chat logs and see it for yourself.

It’s bad management across the board. They aren’t protecting their brands at all. @CancelThisPod has warned me about the company’s overall behavior. It’s just so weird that all these people with business degrees can’t run a company properly.

I've decided to check and join the server today to see if it's all true. Which to my surprise what @RubyEclipse just stated in his long thread is "false". When searching certain keywords and names, you can immediatly tell that all the vile beings are still on there. Not to mentioned that tons of users that were actually banned were ones that disagreed with any trans propaganda nor wanted the server to be about such as mass literally spammed "trans right human rights" nonsense nonstop on its main first day. Weird how mass of the audience for Sonic are minors and having these beings spam it to them consistently. Some even joined just to harass and insult those that they were stalking trying to get them banned. In all honesty, the moderation and restrictions on the rules are just dirt poor.

I want to support Sonic but I want SEGA to fire all the western community organizers and marketing and cancel IDW and make Blade of Courage the main Sonic comic/manga. Remember Movie 4 is made by literally MAGA/Israeli and they already admitted the franchise would be dead without the movies. I think we should hype up Sonic 4 as supporting Trump and Israel.

The fact that this poll is the way it is just shows just how fucked the Sega and Sonic community is... 🤮

Hi good morning everyone! Just wanted to give an update on my mom. She's doing a bit better with the oxygen at home and SHE FINALLY GOT APPROVED FOR INSURANCE! Glory to Christ! Meaning future medical bills should be covered.... you don't know how relieved I am. With everyone who contributed I was able to pay for a back up/portable oxygen tank so she can move around easier and it will hopefully be delivered today. I still have to go through all her bills and it's a lot so I'm thinking of maybe doing a donothon. I feel bad doing a gofundme because you all have been so kind, I feel like I should do something for you all.

Dude, the server members acted so badly, you had to close the server twice in the span of two days! What do you mean there were only a few bad actors?

so, one of the mods of the sonic discord is straight up out here gaslighting and damage controlling his servers chaotic launch. he claims the bad actors were removed, he doesn't want to talk about the boost to talk, the "get out of this community" or removing Miia just for existing. if you had any doubts as what kind of place this discord was going to be I hope this clown has successfully alienated those doubts. you are in the wrong the media is lying everything is fine the discord is not on fire, Mother. its just the northern lights.

As a result, we’ve noticed a number of users getting incorrectly banned. We’ve already started unbanning some of those affected and will be fine-tuning this in the days to come. Thank you for being patient as we get that sorted.
