The family of Darrell Waltrip issued this statement today regarding Darrell’s health.
"We wanted to share a health update with all of Darrell's friends and fans who have supported him throughout his racing career. Recently, Darrell has been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) complicated by possible Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) -- likely from injures incurred during his racing career. While this disease will inevitably progress, thankfully it is currently limited to some minor noticeable symptoms. As a result, he will be stepping further away from the public limelight. Be assured, Darrell is happy and otherwise healthy -- spending his time with his wife, Stevie, two daughters and his three young grandchildren. We are all grateful for your continued prayer, love and support!

Lindsey Isaacs, a 23-year-old from Palm Coast, Florida, testified about being thrown into solitary confinement for more than three days after a Flock license-plate camera wrongly tied her Dodge Durango to a deadly I-4 crash.
Jail staff told her she had to stay isolated because of how serious the charges were. The cell door stayed locked for about 86 hours.
She said she was terrified she would spend the rest of her life in prison for a wreck she knew she hadn’t caused.
At her lowest point she didn’t want to live. She spent nearly two weeks in maximum-security jail before prosecutors dropped the charges.
Flock should be sued out of existence for this.

Hmmm… 🤔
Back in 2008 oil damn near hit $148 a barrel and gas was around 4 bucks.
Now oil is way lower and somehow we’re still paying more at the pump.
You can throw out all the excuses you want, but regular people know when something smells fishy.
Something ain’t right.

1) @FingerMotionInc says Counsel is “reviewing the circumstances.”
Reviewing what - the trading, the notes, or both? When do shareholders get the findings?
CEO @jolie_kahn is also a securities attorney.
2) 1.2 billion “shares” traded on 8/28 with 60–75 million shares outstanding.
Why hasn’t the CEO, CFO, or board demanded a share count?
3) Which of these protects shareholders - the August convertible note, the Aug 31 registered direct with pre-funded warrants, or the Oct 6 vote to issue 20%+ more shares?
4) Why keep a deal that prints more cheap shares every time the stock drops - if your job is to stop the drop?
5) If the business plan is real, why haven’t the CEO or CFO bought shares in the open market?
They were quick to ask shareholders to approve more shares.
