New officers are required to take an equity class. The department tracks which students get diverted from the justice system by demographics. @KenPaxtonTX Attorney General Ken Paxton has already said this kind of framework is unlawful. His opinion declares DEI programs in Texas schools and government unconstitutional and makes the point plainly: you cannot discriminate in the name of “equity.” Equal protection is not optional because a department prefers the word equity over equality.

Del Somerville, an English father of two, has today been labelled a "thug" by a judge and locked away for 2 years.
His "crime"? He threw a plastic bottle and swore at police during the unprecedented invasion of Portsmouth a last week.
The judge even admitted he only jailed him to stop others standing up against the invasion of our country.

Floyd Prosecutor Awarded $1.6 Million:
Hennepin County Prosecutor Amy Sweasy said there wasn’t enough evidence to charge the three other officers involved in George Floyd’s death.
She also objected to adding additional charges against Derek Chauvin, saying the evidence simply wasn’t there. When her bosses insisted she do it anyway, she withdrew from the case.
Hennepin County’s response to this? They retaliated against her, removed her supervisory role and transferred her to a less favorable unit. So, she sued Hennepin County and won - $1.6 million.
This is just another example of the evidence in the George Floyd case simply not fitting the narrative everyone had already agreed on.
Sweasy knew the case was weak, lost her position for saying so, but in the end was vindicated and awarded Hennepin County’s largest cash award for a non-death settlement.

Rashida Talib is knowingly inciting violence against federal law enforcement officers. She should be held to account & charged.
On September 20, ICE officers attempted a stop of a vehicle registered to a known criminal illegal alien with multiple alcohol related driving offenses who is also wanted in Guatemala for a drunk and disorderly charge, during a targeted enforcement operation in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
As officers attempted the stop to confirm the identity of the driver, the driver of the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. In the interest of public safety, ICE officers immediately discontinued the enforcement action. A short time later, officers saw smoke nearly half a mile from the attempted stop and discovered the vehicle had crashed into a tree and caught fire. Officers immediately attempted to render aid and extinguish the fire until the Grand Rapids Police Department and Fire Department arrived. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by local officials. Officials also estimated that the suspect’s vehicle was traveling well over 100 miles per hour when the crash occurred.
Upon further investigation the driver of the vehicle was Mario David Coronado-Juarez and not the vehicle’s registered owner. Coronado-Juarez was an illegal alien from Guatemala who was previously removed by Border Patrol from the United States in 2021. He re-entered the country, a felony, at an unknown date and location.
Resisting officers and evading arrest is dangerous for our officers, illegal aliens, and the public.
