It is particularly disturbing that Texas is the chosen ground for this assault. Where are all those who scream about keeping religion out of schools when it comes to the Ten Commandments & the bible? Are they fine with religion in schools as long as it is not Christianity? The majority of people in Texas recognize this as a threat. Some of their leaders seem to have forgotten they were elected to serve them & uphold the will of the people.

Round Rock ISD Police still lists Equity as one of its four official pillars of school policing — right there on the district site, alongside safety, behavioral health, and student advocacy. New officers are required to take an equity class. The department tracks which students get diverted from the justice system by demographics. His opinion declares DEI programs in Texas schools and government unconstitutional and makes the point plainly: you cannot discriminate in the name of “equity.” Equal protection is not optional because a department prefers the word equity over equality.

And people still defend the Round Rock ISD superintendent, who is subject to a ONE WAY (not mutual) agreed permanent civil restraining order in Travis County for violence against a pregnant woman. It was a civil matter. Corrupt Travis County DA never criminally charged him. The Texas Education Agency has failed Texas children and parents by leaving his superintendent credential intact and by not stepping in where the Soros-funded Travis County district attorney did not.
AUSTIN MAN charged with murdering a man over a diamond watch just walked out of jail after a judge cut his bond.
The victim posted photos of cash and a diamond Cartier watch online. Police say six people spent two weeks planning to take them. In Nov 2024, they blasted into his apartment, assaulted a woman, pointed a gun at a child, and shot the victim dead.
Judaren Forbes, 22, is indicted for murder. He posted bond last week. Another judge then set bond at $1 on his open gun cases.
When the victim was killed, Forbes was already out on bond in four cases.
Highlights:
2022: Arrested carrying a gun.
January 2023: Video shows him running into the street at a house party and firing an AR at a passing car. Prosecutors knocked the felony down to a misdemeanor. 60 days in jail.
March 2023: Arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. DA Jose Garza's office declined to file it.
Christmas Eve 2023: Arrested with another Glock. Out the next day.
September 2024: He fled a trooper from a street takeover, crashed into another driver, hurled his Glock off an I-35 overpass, and jumped after it. Hours later he swore to police his car had been stolen.
Ten weeks later, a man was killed.
Five of the six home invasion suspects were already out on violent cases. The murder victim’s mother said they "should have never been free on bond."
Now Forbes is back on the street.

FELON is still serving on Round Rock ISD School Board with Superintendent who has a ONE-WAY permanent restraining order.
Texas law is not vague. Education Code § 11.066 bars a person convicted of a felony from serving on a school board. If the public records hold up, Cuero should not be on that dais at all—and the district should not be listing him as if nothing is wrong.
This would not be the first time the corrupt Round Rock ISD school district attempts to protect a man who doesn't qualify to be in charge of over 46,000 children. Superintendent Hafedh Azaiez still leads the district after a civil restraining order tied to violence against a woman.
So the picture is simple. RRISD keeps a superintendent under a permanent one-way restraining order and keeps listing a trustee who appears legally disqualified. Parents can argue about politics. They should not have to argue about basic eligibility. @TheLufkinLawyer @TrueTexasTea @TexasEd911

Belton ISD punished a student for supporting ICE & his house raided by police — then paid to hide it.
In February 2026, Lake Belton High School gave a senior three days out of school and three days in school for an “inappropriate conversation… regarding ICE and hispanics (sic).” The complaint said the student supported federal law enforcement, opposed an anti-ICE walkout, argued people in the United States should speak English, and opposed illegal entry and that none of it disrupted class.
The school skipped the written notice its own policy required. The complaint said assistant principal Kelli Dodd would not discuss the case unless the student first wrote a “voluntary” statement, and blamed FERPA. FERPA does not require that.
The complaint lasted past graduation. On Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Parent Empowerment with Mandy Drogin, the family’s lawyer said local police then raided the student’s house to check for weapons. That is not discipline. That is intimidation: punish the speech, drag out the process, and treat a political argument like a threat so every other student stays quiet.
In August 2026, Superintendent Malinda Golden signed a settlement. The district admitted nothing. It still reversed the discipline, cleared the record, and paid $5,500 in attorney’s fees.
Kelli Dodd remains listed as Lake Belton High’s Campus Behavior Coordinator. The student needed a lawyer. The administrator kept the job. Taxpayers paid the bill for woke administrators. The message to the rest of the school was received, students will be punished for supporting conservative values.

Adding to his legacy, Rep. Greg Casar has decided to endorse Ayaan Moledina for the Round Rock ISD school board.
At the Texas SBOE, Moledina said he had “productive conversations,” then immediately said people in the room “fundamentally believe I should not be in this country” and that some said “slavery was not bad.”
He also said he would not “assimilate to anybody,” told the entire board “shame on all of you,” accused them of putting racism into the curriculum and then closed with: “God does not take kindly to racists. So if I’m going to hell for not being Christian, I’ll sure as hell see all of you there with me.”

Ayaan Moledina running for Round Rock ISD Place 3 should answer the claims now circulating about his behavior at St. Stephen’s which includes a video that appears to show him being physically aggressive with another student.
A 2025 Texas House resolution identified him as a St. Stephen’s student. Why he left has not been established.
Ayaan has given one version: a peer spread details of a mental-health crisis, he sent a confrontational text, the school called it a threat, and he left. A private message from someone claiming to have a different version, gives another: that he was asked to leave mid-sophomore year after texting a student a long aggressive rant, warning them about crossing paths on campus, and other alleged misconduct, including antisemitism.
A video has been provided that appears to show Ayaan being the aggressor of a physical confrontation with another student, pointing and putting hands on him. A short clip is not a completed investigation but the behavior must be accounted for. It is still something a candidate running on student safety must to address.
Moledina should say whether he was asked to leave St. Stephen’s; what text he sent and why; whether the video is him, when it was recorded, and what happened; and whether he denies the slur allegations. The community deserves the truth about Moledina. Is he the victim or was he the aggressor?

CAIR-Texas and the Islamic Center of Brushy Creek invited candidates to a “nonpartisan” forum at the mosque. Ayaan Moledina, a Muslim candidate who has been hostile to Christian's, said schools need to teach children their values because parents can’t be trusted at home.
This is the same ICBC Williamson County uses as a polling place. Hosting a forum with a group the governor labeled a terrorist organization is unacceptable. Williamson County Judge Snell and the commissioners can change the location. They should.
