Glad to see this action. In July, I co-led with @SenatorBanks a letter to OMB calling for exactly this kind of accountability — stopping taxpayer dollars from funding benefits for illegal immigrants and race-focused programs.
Federal grants must serve the American people and uphold the Constitution.

I was literally one of 4 guys who voted against the budget to force more savings and accountability. When we got $1.7 Trillion in Medicaid/Food Stamp Savings and $500B in green scam subsidy repeals, I held my nose and voted for the historic reductions.

Surveillance state policies undermine freedom.
Lindsey Isaacs, a 23-year-old from Palm Coast, Florida, testified about being thrown into solitary confinement for more than three days after a Flock license-plate camera wrongly tied her Dodge Durango to a deadly I-4 crash.
Jail staff told her she had to stay isolated because of how serious the charges were. The cell door stayed locked for about 86 hours.
She said she was terrified she would spend the rest of her life in prison for a wreck she knew she hadn’t caused.
At her lowest point she didn’t want to live. She spent nearly two weeks in maximum-security jail before prosecutors dropped the charges.
Flock should be sued out of existence for this.

When those who claim to advance free markets really advance a light form of socialism & a giant welfare state underwritten by inflationary debt… all while (historically) importing masses… it’s hard for young folks to distinguish & understand the virtue of free enterprise.
Just got this from someone young and hard right.
These people don't care about ideology, they care about justice and the health of the nation.

Every day, new evidence drops showing noncitizens on voter rolls. That’s exactly why I introduced the SAVE Act two years ago.
American elections belong to American citizens. That principle is worth fighting for… to the very end.

Our “leaders” are jockeying for position while the majority hangs in the balance… not just committee waivers, but leadership races, and even likely incoming freshman throwing money around trying to buy favor to get a preferred committee. It’s gross on its face. Just do the job.

Thx for the prayers — Turns out cutting out chunks of yer liver is no joke, man.
Good news, bad news, and next steps…
Good: big liver surgery last week successfully cleared out a bunch o cancer. (Pretty darn great — considering 9 mons ago, when told I had 3-4 months to live, surgery wasn't even an option.)
Bad: Tests on the tumors show they were more advanced than we thought — meaning always-mutating tumors have developed some resistance tricks to our former treatment protocol.
Bummer but that's life, and was eventually expected.
Next:
We're gunna change up treatment to carpet-bomb-chemo as much of the rest of the cancer as we can for a bit.
Send chemo tips -- do NOT send more Nickelback promotional materials (am painfully aware they’ll be performing at the Hondo Rodeo Fest in Febr).
Grateful to God for this extra time — both time w/ fam and time to fight. Can't say enough good things about…

The H1-B system is not a free market in labor. It is a government-managed program conducted for the benefit of employers, and nominally for the national interest.
An executive order that modifies the program might or might serve the national interest, but it isn't "big govt."
