📄 Skills in Agent Harnesses
A lot of people don't know this (I didn't until recently) but most agent harnesses will load the description of your skill upon starting up your harness. This is how Claude Code works.
What people don't usually know is that even when you explicitly call a skill to be used inside of a harness, or the AI figures out to use a skill, it usually only does a read of the first 150 lines of the skill (to understand how to use it or if it applies to the work it's trying to do).
It's really important to outline a table in the first 150 lines of the mandatory parts of the skill that must be run when you invoke the skill.
If you make some type of mandatory instruction after 150 lines, it might get missed entirely. If you describe in prompting that you want to use a provided Python script or template, it also might be out of bounds of that 150 lines and never get called correctly.
If you write a table of contents of the skill actions in the first 150 lines and mark which ones are mandatory (or that, if the user has called the skill, you must read the whole skill context and all references), you get more reliable skills. We use markdown checklists for this now.

Anthropic acaba de compartir uno de los mejores trucos para Claude Code.
La idea: usar Sonnet, Haiku y Opus 5.5 a la vez, cada uno en lo que mejor se le da.
Mejores resultados y muchos menos tokens, porque cada tarea la hace el modelo adecuado.
Solo tienes que iniciar Claude Code así:
claude --advisor opus --subagents haiku
La idea es esta:
→ Sonnet 5.5 dirige la sesión y escribe el código
→ Haiku 5.5 explora archivos y documentación en paralelo
→ Opus 5.5 queda como asesor para las decisiones importantes
→ Ahorras contexto de Opus en tareas que no lo necesitan
Opus solo entra cuando hace falta revisar un plan, desbloquear un error repetido o comprobar que no te estás dejando nada antes de terminar.
Sonnet construye. Haiku explora. Opus revisa.

Carregou esta seleção às costas durante anos e provou a toda a gente que o nosso país podia ser muito maior do que alguma vez nos deixaram acreditar.
É irónico ver o facilitismo com que hoje se apedreja quem deu tudo pela bandeira. Os mesmos que hoje estão a malhar nele sem dó nem piedade são exatamente os mesmos que daqui a 10, 20 anos vão estar a dizer aos filhos ou netos que o Ronaldo era incrível, inacreditável, uma autêntica máquina diabólica.
A memória de muitos pode ser curta, mas a história não se apaga. Deu a vida pela seleção, mudou a mentalidade de um país inteiro e elevou o nome de Portugal ao topo do planeta.

🚨 Estado português quer fechar casas de apostas ilegais
O Turismo de Portugal contratou a empresa francesa Sharp Vision para identificar plataformas de apostas online que operam ilegalmente no país. O objetivo passa por localizar os sites sem licença e permitir o seu bloqueio.
A empresa, especializada em tecnologia aplicada à regulação e à conformidade, foi contratada por um período de um ano pelo Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ), organismo integrado no Turismo de Portugal.
O combate ao jogo ilegal é uma das prioridades da entidade, numa altura em que vários influenciadores digitais continuam a promover, através das redes sociais, casas de apostas sem autorização para operar em Portugal.
O contrato de prestação de serviços foi assinado no final de julho e representa um investimento de quase 20 milhões de euros.
Segundo Manuel Castro Almeida, ministro da Economia, o mercado do jogo online movimenta 24 mil milhões de euros. O governante adiantou ainda que o jogo ilegal poderá representar um valor equivalente.
