A Constitutional Tribunal court inside Utah would be great, “If”, they were staffed with patriots by and for the people who demand rights of individuals not be infringed. As many Utah laws infringe the rights of the people. Including private property tax, gun laws, drug laws, tobacco tax, liquor stores owned by state, private vehicles taxed over and over, etc..
However, there should also be 3 constitutional marshals, that have citation & arrest, recourse to cite judges, lawyers, law enforcement, tax commissions, governor, congress, etc… for infringing rights under color of law. Citations would enforce those accused to appear before the Constitutional tribunal for accused crimes. This may be a good thing, or just another FAKE thing created by deep state to create the illusion of individual rights protections being enforced.
Today, state legislators invent new laws every year. Each law chips away at our rights and makes governments bigger, therefore more private property taxation and other taxes will increase. It seems the legislators are held liable to special interest people, groups, companies, etc. who give them campaign money or other stealth wealth… and could be cited for a criminal act by Constitutional Marshals for contempt of Constitution,,( Marshals must be Patriots who have proven themselves to be real patriots. Time for governments to thin down, buckle up and starve fraud from existence on tax spending. Make Big commerce make up the difference. STOP “private property’ (HOME AND VEHICLES) taxation for all over the age of 65, and or all individually owned private property.

You bought a vehicle, trailer, etc.. you paid taxes on it at purchase, and you now by extortion, get to rent if from the state every year.
You pay your mortgage commerce REAL value, amount and get taxed for some pie in the sky inflated value amount on your home, thereby forever renting your home from governments by forced Extortion.
Taxed on income (not really” income” as income is profits by commercial use, but you are forced to file earnings that should not be taxed.) Fraud by contract, extortion of rights, etc…
You get taxed on all things you buy, then have to rent your home and vehicles?
